From October 30th to November 1st many of the brothers participated in Indiana University Dance Marathon as both dancers and committee members. PC '19 was awarded with the highest fundraising group for raising $51,974.46, an average of $1,732.48 per person. Freshman, Brad Blank, was recognized as one of the top three fundraisers for all dancers raising $3,427.54. More recently, brothers Sam Wisen, Toby Orme, and Jack Rowland were all elected to serve on the executive council for IUDM 2016.
In addition to IUDM, November has been a big month for intramurals. With the return of the Hoosier Grail, intramural chairs Ben Paese and Sam Gleaves have made it their goal to help again retire the trophy at the Zeta Fiji house. More to come at the end of this intramural season.
We are thrilled to announce and congratulate the 26 new members to our chapter. The Initiation of Pledge Class 2018 was held on February 8th and numerous graduate and undergraduate brothers were in attendance.
32 Zeta FIJI's were recently in attendance at the annual Indiana Phi Gamma Delta State Day On February 7th. It was an eventful day and the Zeta Chapter is proud to announce that we were rewarded the 2015 Beta Cup; this prestigious award is given to the Top Overall FIJI Chapter in Indiana. In addition, our chapter was also recognized for Top Academic Chapter as well as Top Philanthropic Fundraising Chapter.
